JNC now offers three Support options to customers. 

On-Line

On-line troubleshooting is billed in quarter hour increments at a rate of $31.25.

On-Site

Routine Maintenance and Emergency On-Site service is available by calling 210.807.9225 Extension 41.  On-Site service by MCSE is $125/hour.

Telephone Consult

JNC Group does not charge registered customers for telephone consultation.  Telephone Consults are typically brief conversations to answer questions and provide "how to" solutions to everyday technology challenges.
