Your network is a work in progress.  It changes as your business changes.  As your technology partner, we employ an ongoing evaluation process of Assess, Plan, Implement and Monitor.  This ensures that business and technology goals stay aligned.



Additionally, JNC performs the following services as needed.  

Initial Assessment—The first task with any new customer is the Initial Assessment.  There are networks that perform satisfactorily, but not optimally.  That is why JNC Group never accepts responsibility for a network "as is".  JNC completes a thorough on site inspection of the network, including SWOT analysis.  A determination will be made as to which issues are critical, and which may be handled as a matter of routine maintenance.

Design—Each computer network is unique based on business operating requirements.  At the same time, standard protocols, policies and procedures are built into the design of every JNC designed network.  JNC carefully plans implementations with the customer to minimize down time with a goal of low to no impact on the organization as installs are taking place.

Implementation—When a new server or server design is deployed, all of the operating hardware and software components are tested to insure interoperability.  Then and only then is the CheckMarc seal applied to the server, indicating that the network has been approved for use.

Monitor—Any system managed by JNC has built in alerts and alarms that advise us via email that there may be a problem.  Often times issues are resolved without incident due to the early warning system.

Maintenance—All network servers and their respective end point devices, including computers, peripherals, backup systems, switches and routers, operating and applications software, require routine maintenance.  Networks that go unattended for weeks and months on end, will end up costing the business much more in the long run than the cost of a planned schedule of maintenance.
